If you’re expecting the arrival of a new baby, then we have some more happy news for you.
When you register with us to bank your baby’s cord blood from now until 15 December 2017, you’ll go into the draw to get it for free. The prize includes registration, processing and the 1st year of storage. All you have to do is to register by 15 December 2017 and you’ll be entered in the draw. The offer is open to current CordBank clients only.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- You must be an existing CordBank client.
- There is one CordBank collection, processing and 1st year storage prize being offered.
- Payment of annual storage after the 1st year is the responsibility of the parents or guardian of the child whose cord blood has been stored.
- To be eligible you must have completed your CordBank registration between 15th November and 12 midnight on 15 December 2017.
- The draw will be held at CordBank on 16 December 2017 & the winner will be notified by email.
- By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that his or her name may be used by CordBank for publicity purposes.
- All personal information provided will be held by CordBank and will be used for the purposes of conducting the promotion and notification of information related to CordBank and the services that it provides that it considers may be of interest.
- You may access any personal information that CordBank holds about you by contacting CordBank at any time.
