TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CORDBANK NZ GIFT VOUCHERS:
- • Gift vouchers do not constitute registration for CordBank services and must be redeemed through our registration process.
- • The gift vouchers are redeemed for services subject to the terms and conditions of the CordBank contract.
- • Gift vouchers must be redeemed by their expiry date (3 years from date of issue).
- • Gift vouchers must be used by the recipient named and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- • Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other gift voucher, offer or discount.
- • If the registration fee becomes refundable under the Cord Blood & Tissue Processing and Storage Contract, it will be refunded to the purchaser of the gift voucher.
